From Pad Thai, to dumplings, to Roti Canai, there’s something on the menu for everyone. In 2016, foodie and restauranteur, Guy Fieri even said that the Green Elephant had “one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve had in a long time.”

While their menu might no longer be strictly vegan, Luke’s Sub Shop still has plenty of vegan options for those that loved the original restaurant.  Bring your appetite, because the sub shop’s vegan menu has sandwiches, flatbread style pizzas, salad bowls and more.
